QMUNITY is BC’s Queer, Trans, and Two-Spirit resource centre, providing inclusive, affirming programs and services to support the well-being of LGBTQ2S+ communities. Volunteers play a vital role in supporting both programs and events, with opportunities ranging from flexible, short-term event support to more consistent involvement in initiatives like the seniors lunch program and help desk services. Volunteers go through a structured onboarding process including screening, training, and interviews, ensuring they are well prepared to contribute meaningfully to community care and connection.
